Tonight, Tabonga bring you Daikaijû Baran, so, Myron Healy not in this version. Directed by Ishirô Honda in 1958, was release in US in 1962 wif' new US footage and title.

Music god Akira Ifukube does very nice job here!.. If you not know who Akira Ifukube is, just do Dungeon archive search... Then you bow to him!

Nice review, and I agree that Akira Ifukube is a great composer. The soundtrack to Varan is one of his best works IMO.
