Arthur Nelson White or as he would prefer to be called, Vic Savage, was the brains behind this whole mess, I mean spectacle, as he starred in, directed, and produced "The Creeping Terror"!!!

Vic's wife Brett was played by the stunning Shannon O'Neil. This movie must have effectively ended her career, because she never made another film appearance!

They claim Vic disappeared after this movie, basically never to be heard from again! Not hard to imagine! Here the movie is just getting started and he's already drinking!

There's lots of makin' out in this movie, and with a distraction like that, it makes it a whole lot easier for the monster to sneak up and eat you!!!!

Still neckin', even at the Hootenanny!!

I have come to the conclusion that the singer here is Buddy Mize, songwriting brother of the Bakersfield sound's, world famous singer and steel guitar player on the "Cousin Herb Henson" TV show, Billy Mize!!!

Fans of the genre are familiar with this funzoid Hootenanny scene, and this song, "She Left Me Lonely"! Here's like a studio version, and the version plucked right outta the film along with some other assorted maiming!

The Creeping Terror is without a dang doubt, one of the worst movies ever made, but somehow, it manages to keep your interest despite everything it has going against it. Yeah, sure, all the monster scenes are way too long and lame, but the crazy music and the sheer lunacy of the fact that this monster moves slower that a plate of escargot being delivered by a turtle, and yet it still is able to catch and eat all kinds of people without a problem, is stupefying at best. I guess if everybody just got up and slowly walked away, the movie would be even stupider, no, wait, that's not possible!! But you know what, the music is Great, and that's what we're here for!!!

The "Dance Hall Twist" we featured here before, but this dance goes on and on, and on, because once again, this is a another film about party monsters! They've got nothing else to do til The End!

The 'cougars' are out on the prowl tonight!!

And, would you know?.. Katherine Victor!, Jerry Warren's very own 'go to' girl here playing chauffer spider mama!! She bringing Dr. Leland Masterson to see mysterious genius, Dr. Aranya!

He greeted by Angelo Rossitto and Tarantella!

Then he watch Uncle Fester, Jackie (THE SPACE CHILDREN) Coogan give spider mama sensual massage and he starting to get creeped out!

Okay, but what make him really flip lid is... doctor show him big giant spider! So, he go all Looney Tunes and end up here, in loonie bin!.. C'mon, that just crazy!!

But, Leland slippery eel and escape prison and go out on town! He one cool dude!! Oh look, bartender actually passes gas onscreen!!

Leland look around and see beautiful doll with big dork!!

Tarantella start big dance routine, sexy and silly at same time, best way! All guys captivated of course!.. Now who come to sit down at table too?! That right, George (Ro-Man in ROBOT MONSTER) Barrows, he looking for Leland and work for hospital.

Leland stand up and shoot Tarantella!

Sitting in woods with dwarfs and midgets is Dolores Fuller, wife of Ed Wood, Jr. and writer of songs for Elvis flicks and LPs!! She also star in GLEN OR GLENDA with Ed.

At end, Leland turn back to normal and get last laugh. He tell Grant and Doreen to split, then he blow the place up. Dr. Aranya die. Oh, look like big giant spider the same one in CAT WOMEN OF THE MOON amd MISSILE TO THE MOON!!.. See, one crazy flick!!!

THE FLAME BARRIER - Gerald Fried - "The Countdown" (1958)

Just like "Pharaoh's Curse", this DVD flamed out before we could get much past the "Sauza 100 Anos Blanco," I mean, the theme. There wasn't much more interesting music anyway, but I would have liked to get a few more stills.

Did you ever think about it? The coolest thing about a rocket launching countdown, is, the clock has to run backwards! It's all starting to make sense now!

Composer Gerald Fried is an idol here for some of his work in the genre, but it doesn't make locating The Hollister Brothers any easier in Mexico!

Last time, Tabonga post THE TERROR with Jack (LITTLE SHOP OF HORRORS) Nicholson, so tonight we have TERRIFIED with Rod (THE CRAWLING HAND) Lauren.

Flick start with dude tied up and covered in... crust?? Anyway, he actin' all 'terrified' an being big baby about it! ....Of course, then he die!!

Okay, when you see big eye, it time to get... TERRIFIED!

Dude name Michael Andersen makin' great music here! He only work on five project, that it!! But, one is 12 TO THE MOON!! Here we see the wise guys in the sound clip face wrath of David after they deliver lines. Marge tell David to cool it!

Rod kinda look normal here while talking to David and Marge, but he have some serious bats in belfry. So, what you think he want to do?!! Right, he decide to go hang out in haunted place with dark old graveyard!..

After get off work, Marge and David go to haunted place to check up on Rod and whacky plan... Good freakin' idea! Something not good going on around here!!

So, end up in cave. Cat take mask off and what else, old dude want hot young chick!! Oldest story in book!!!.. Then, good ol' Denver Pyle and Deputy come and shoot his ass!
