WHAT A MESS!!!
There was a big fire in the laboratory and all the link files went down for a couple of days. Sorry about that, corrections have been made, we're looking for a better file hosting site, and for now about 70% of the links have been restored. Everything should be back at 100% by tomorrow, and then everything can resume again hopefully!

HILLBILLYS IN A HAUNTED HOUSE - Sonny James - "The Cat Came Back" (1967)
This one goes out for our ole buddy Reverend Frost in South Of Hell, France! This one's for you Tom!! This tune is by none other than Sonny James his self, it's "The Cat Came Back" from "Hillbillys In A Haunted House," vintage 1967. It's prefect and besides, we gotta find some way to work in all 13 of the songs from this movie somehow! Everybody else, go buy this movie, I guarantee you will not regret it, I promise!

GOJIRA, EBIRA, MOSURA: NANKAI NO DAIKETTO (Godzilla Versus The Sea Monster) - Masaru Satô - "The Dance Contest" (1966)
All jokes aside this time, because this is one great film!! This movie has got it all, it looks awesome, it's funny, it's got big monsters & it has superior music by Masaru Satô. The dance contest music is just the best there is. Killer groove, horn section and guitars. It's SO good, we're doing a twofer, the English and the Japanese versions, just so you can really hear how voiceover changes things. This song is like a drug, it is so addicting. You can really believe those crazy kids were able to dance for 3 days if the music was this hot! Please, do yourself a favor, rent or buy this movie, it is a true cinematic wonder!! In the mean time, enjoy these tasty tidbits!

BEAST FROM HAUNTED CAVE - Alexander Lazlo & Fred Katz - "Opening Credits" (1959)
Alexader Lazlo and an uncredited Fred Katz working together, now you know that's going to be a sleaze fest from heaven, and here it is for all of us to enjoy one more time. Make yourself a double martini, transport your mind back to 1959, and get ready for the opening credits from "Beast From Haunted Cave."

INVASION OF THE SAUCER-MEN - Ronald Stein - "Opening Credits" (1957)
Now, this isn't sleazy jazz, and it sure doesn't rock, but the "Flight Of The Bumblebee" wannabe reprise by Ron Stein IS just interesting enough to be included here. Listening to this, I keep expecting Samantha from "Bewitched" to pop up and start twitching her nose somewhere. Only a little over a minute long, this is the opening credits sequence from the 1957 classic "Invasion Of The Saucermen."

NIGHT OF THE GHOULS - Edward D. Wood Jr. - "Juveniles" (1959)
"Is this the major horror of our time?" Sirens and wild drumming accompany this stoic "Juveniles" narration while the kids go wild in the street. Back in the 50's, JD's were a big problem! What does it all have to do with this movie? About as much as anything else, and that is a fact! From the 1959 Ed Wood classic, "Night Of The Ghouls," this is "The Juveniles!"
THE DEVIL'S HAND - Allyn Ferguson/Manuel Francisco - "The Opening Credits" (1962)
It's Friday Night so it's time to rock and roll, and In our humble opinion, here's one of THE best songs ever to play during an opening credits sequence of any movie, period! A great surf type instrumental with sax, right in line with some of The Rumblers best grooves. This movie also had Tony Rock in it and the director was William Hole, the same guy that directed "Ghost Of Dragstrip Hollow." It's "The Devil's Hand" by Allyn Ferguson & Manuel Francisco. Allyn Ferguson went on to to compose music for a whole lot of TV shows, including 3 Monkees episodes, The Everly Brothers Show, Charlie's Angels, and a horde of TV movies in the 70's & 80's. By all means, go out and get yourself a copy of "The Devil's Hand!"
