WILD RIDERS / Crown International Pictures - 1971

It's Friday and time for this wild bikers flick, the story goes something like this... Sex and ingenious violence abounds in this exploitation psycho-drama about two soul-less, brutal bikers who burst into a mansion occupied by two luscious young women! The girls are immediately and painfully violated until one of their husbands, a cellist, comes home.

This thing stars the still active Alex (BLOOD MANIA) Rocco as Stick, Arell (HOUSE OF TERROR) Blanton as Pete, Elizabeth (BEHIND THE GREEN DOOR) Knowles as Rona and Sherry (THE HARD RIDE) Bain as Laurie.

So, after gang raping women, Pete and his pal decide to get up off their asses and move on down the line. They head off to their new destination.

Hey now!.. That's one fine looking record player!!

Anyway, Pete and his bud stop along the way to get some water, Pete sees something he likes and tries to put the make on this busty married chick. She shines him on...

Then, Pete pilots his bike into the back yard and brings out his bestest pal, Stick!.. Yeah, STICK! A real dense Pig-Pen type! They end up moving in with the married women, Rona and Laurie, after Rona gives in to Pete's charms. Both husbands are out of town.

If Stick's not pulling up his pants on the john, we see him pulling down Lauries's shorts!!

Although Pete and Rona are now lovers, he likes to beat the crap out of her to keep her in line.

Rona's hubby, a song writer, shows up and finds Pete in the house! He takes him outside and nearly chokes him to death. Stick sees what happening and goes and chokes out Rona's husband... To Death!!

Then, Laurie's husband drops in after his musical tour, he plays the cello. Pete and Stick have the gang under control and Pete starts messing with the small musician.

Pete tells him to play a song on the cello before he kills him, so, play he does!! Hey, that bow has a very sharp looking point on it...

The music seems to put Pete into an unguarded moment, and, our brave little musician jabs the bow into Pete's freakin' eyeball!!! The bitch gets his karma payback, so satisfying... That top still is a very clever shot from Pete's view!

Stick gets hit over the head with the cello, then, gets the point of the stand stuck way into his gut by our hero, he falls into the pool and dies, bringing our tale to a weird ending!.. They got what they deserved!

We're back tomorrow with more Dungeon Cargo, just for you!

BOOBS AND BIMBOS Part One: "Boobs In The Woods" (1940)

When communication breaks down, it's time to bring out the shotgun!

First, Daffy is going to chop off Porky's head, and then, the tables are turned, and...........

..........Porky's going to chop Daffy's head off!!
I guess what's good for the goose, is good for the duck too!

No matter what Daffy tries, Porky always manages to outsmart him!

The FIFTIES HORROR And SCI-FI MOVIES Of JOHN CARRADINE

Today we're going to check out the Horror and Sci-Fi Movies of John Carradine from the Fifties. Of course, his work in the Forties would put this list to shame, but, I love the stuff from the Fifties the most because they're in my wheel house! Man, that's a great shot of John!

John's first horror movie in the Fifties was THE BLACK SLEEP in 1956 (he did a ton of westerns during his career). He stars with Lon Chaney, Basil Rathbone, Akim Tamiroff, Bela Lugosi and Tor Johnson! I remember that Eegah!! always said this flick freaked him out when he saw it...

In 1957, John stars in THE UNEARTHLY as Dr. Conway, a real nut job, just look at him. Myron Healey, Allison Hayes, Sally Todd and Tor Johnson also star with John, which reminds me, a post that I want to do is all the scream queens I had a crush on, of which Sally Todd is one! Love her in FRANKENSTEIN'S DAUGHTER too...

John lands the role of the Egyptian Pharaoh, King Khufu, in THE STORY OF MANKIND, also from 1957. Wow, wish I had a pet tiger, but, I'm sure it'd freak out my kitties!!

In 1958, John has the role of Dr. Rayburn and Narrator in the Japanese abominable snowman movie, HALF HUMAN. Morris Ankrum also appears as Dr. Jordan.

If ever a poster could be sued for false advertising, THE COSMIC MAN from 1958 is that poster. Look at the green alien in the poster, then, look at John! Seriously, what the Hell?!!

He has a small part in INVISIBLE INVADERS as Dr. Karol Noymann in 1959. He gets killed in a lab explosion about two minutes into the film and becomes an Invader!

Also in 1959, John signs up for Jerry Warren's INVASION OF THE ANIMAL PEOPLE with another beautiful girl in it, Barbara (THE FLESH EATERS) Wilson. John plays the Narrator here.

We'll end with THE INCREDIBLE PETRIFIED WORLD in 1959, another Jerry Warren production. This time John plays Professor Wyman, head of the diving bell expedition. Robert Clarke, Phyllis Coates and Sheila Noonan round out the cast in this unbelievable underwater adventure! Well, there you have it, John in all his Fifties glory, tune again Wednesday when Eegah!! calls the shots!!

THE INVISIBLE WOMAN - "The YEAR'S FUNNIEST FUN" (1940)

Tonight I've got a Super Spectacular Saturday Night Special for you! As it goes, in the movie she's kicking her boss, not The Professor as seen in the poster!
Welcome back to The Dungeon!

From 1940, it's "The Invisible Woman!"

"The Invisible Woman" features a great cast that includes John (Bulldog Drummond) Howard as the playboy philanthropist Dick Russell!

Joltin' John (Dr. Jekyll And Mr. Hyde) Barrymore is the mad scientist professor working on a way to make a person invisible from a series of injections and weird machinations! On his right is the lovely Margaret (The Wicked Witch Of The West) Hamilton!

Dick Russell's bank account has gotten too thin for him the give the professor the $3000.00 he asked for, so he has to change his ad to 'who's willing to work for free?'

The mailbox fills up fast, but it's full of crank letters like this!

This is the invisible machine! As you can tell it's not invisible, but it makes people invisible! So far, it has only been tested on a cat!

In steps Minnesota born Virginia Bruce! Virginia is every bit prefect in this role whether you can see her or not!  She's a model named Kitty Carroll with a mean and cruel boss, and her sole reason to become invisible is so she can literally go kick him in the butt!

One of the more interesting movies that Virginia was in was the Abbott And Costello romp,
"Pardon My Sarong" in 1942! Here's an awesome promo still from that film! Virginia is not in this shot but two of the other dolls in the movie are! Here's Marie McDonald and Janet Warren!

Maybe it's my imagination, but for being completely and totally obscure, this shot of a nude Kitty Carroll in the invisible machine is pretty darn racy!

The first thing Kitty does is go straight to the office of her now ex-boss!

After also seeing the ad in the paper, a trio of gangsters try and get to The Professor's secrets but are foiled by an invisible Kitty!

Purely running around naked whether you're visible or not seems like it was pretty bawdy for 1940! The title "The Invisible Woman" has been used many, many more times in the last 77 years, with most of them having nothing at all to do with this movie! One "Invisible Woman" movie is about a guy who has an imaginary lover, and one was about the mistress of the author Charles Dickens! It seems that invisible women come in all kinds of forms!

The trio of mobsters steal the machine and take it to Mexico, so they can make their boss invisible to sneak him out of the country! The leader of the three is a guy named Foghorn, named thusly for his deep voice! Donald (The Killers, The Brute Man) MacBride is Foghorn! They try the machine out on him but because he didn't get the injection, it doesn't work, but instead comes out embarrassingly talking like Mike Tyson! (Pretty funny that as a boy singer back in 1909, he was a soprano) Why Foghorn didn't have to get naked is something I'll leave up to your own imagination!

So The Boss, a guy name Blackie Cole and played by Oscar (Sabotage, Mr. Sardonicus) Homolka, has his boys kidnap the professor and bring him to Mexico to show them how to work the machine! Great standoff between The Boss and The Prof, don't you think?

Did I forget to tell you this was a comedy? Last but not least is a lot of people's favourite Stooge, Shemp Howard as the bumbling gangster Frankie!

Cha, Cha, Cha!!!
Let's go over this one more time in four words!
 Bulldog, Jekyll, Minnesota, Stooge!
"The Invisible Woman" has it all, and more!!
