ANATOMY OF A PSYCHO - "The Card Game" (1961)
This is another one of those films where you can find out everything, except information on the music. We can tell you that "Anatomy Of A Psycho" is a dingy, dirty, creepy movie with a Very Cool soundtrack. It seems one third of the writing credits goes to some guy named Larry Lee (Edward Wood Jr.), one third was written by Don Devlin, who also plays Moe in this film, and one third was written by Jane Mann who also wrote "The Unearthly," which featured Tor Johnson, who I'm sure passed himself off as Curly every once in a while, so it's no wonder this Mickey Psycho character is so crazy!! This neat little tune is off in the background, but it sure sets a great scene! And now for a short public service announcement, just in case you wondered folks, it's probably not a real great idea to give booze to psychos. Thank-you!
THE GHOST IN THE INVISIBLE BIKINI - Quinn O'Hara/Piccola Pupa - "Fight Songs" (1966)
"The Ghost In The Invisible Bikini" is a story about conflicts, and as such, reminds us greatly of Tolstoy's "War And Peace," only in technicolor! The basic struggles of the Proletariat are defined in musical strokes of genius by the characters of Piccola Pupa & Quinn O'Hara in their opposing thoughts. Shall we the people, "Stand Up And Fight?" or shall we give up and give in and "Don't Try To Fight It Baby." The choices are clear, the decision is yours, to rent or to buy??

Lost In A Trance by Mr. Ferlin Husky
Ferlin Husky
And last & very most especially least, probably the worst piece of garbage ever recorded in any medium, & we only add it here as a historical note, God knows we love Joi Lansing, but this song about gowns will make you gag before you join the next herd of lemmings headed toward the nearest cliff without ever glancing back! I'm, sorry, they made me do it!!

IL BOIA SCARLATTO (The Bloody Pit Of Horror) - Gino Peguri - "Main Title" (1965)
It appears that even though most of the European horror films never reached the box office status of their American counterparts, a lot of the time, they had much cooler soundtracks, just as jazz in general was appreciated more in Europe, it was also used more often in their movies. This Italian movie, "The Bloody Pit Of Horror" is a good example. The music by Gino Peguri is quite pure. This song alone should make you want to see this movie, it's that cool, and not quite like anything else you've ever heard. If that's not enough, this film is also shot in "Psychovision"!!!! What else do you want?
IL MOSTRO DI VENEZIA (The Embalmer) - Jti Janne - "The Medium" (1965)
Well, if you weren't waiting for this one, it could only be because you didn't know about it. Either way, now you do, so the wait's over! So now we're in a weird little club, acolytes set the scene, coffin opens, "it's a guitar!" And here he is, .....Jti Janne!
This dude might look a little like Elvis, but that's where the musical resemblance ends. "Pretty different?", I guess!! Meanwhile, The Embalmer's going around doing you know what to all the local girls! Cool and crazy, crazy and cool!!
