SE TUTTE LE DONNE DEL MONDO... (OPERAZIONE PARADISO) - "Kiss The Girls And Make Them Die" (1966)

This is an especially cool Saturday Night Special because this movie is whack, almost as whack as this poster!

"Kiss The Girls And Make Them Die" is a Dino De Laurentiis Production, so even though it's a quasi-comedy, it's still serious!

Talk about serious, how much do you think it cost to be able to film at the site of one the world's most famous landmarks, the Christ the Redeemer statue high above Rio de Janeiro that was created in 1932?
Mike (Mannix) Connors is a C.I.A. agent named Kelly! In some movies like "Voodoo Woman," Mike was credited as Touch Connors. Born in Fresno, California, Mike just passed away a few years ago at the age of 91.

I got acrophobia just from watching this, and this was just the opening sequence!

The rest of the movie is filled with beautiful women because the perverted freak who wants to take over the world needs them. He has a plan to make the whole world sterile, and then re-populate it with a bunch of women impregnated by himself! This dude is a real pig!

One by one, a bevy of beauties just keep disappearing!

Then Dorothy (The Roaring 20's) Provine shows up as Susan Fleming and steals the show!

Raf (The Godfather: Part III) Vallone is the dirty dog creepmeister Mr. Ardonian, and he's really good at it!

Ardonian has hidden cameras all over the place so he can monitor his girls without their knowledge! The list of the gorgeous gals includes names like Margaret Lee, Nicholetta Machiavelli, Marilù Tolo, Seyna Seyn, and Beverly Adams,

Shake it, don't break it!

Rich and famous.............................

..................Mr. Ardonian..................

..................Is a bonifide creepy-ass nut case!

In the meantime, Agent Kelly is outfoxing Ardonian at every turn!

Luckily Kelly likes bananas, because along with cigarettes, they are basically his whole diet!

Great shot of Terry-Thomas, Mike Connors, and Dorothy Provine! One thing I really enjoyed about this film was that even though it's an adventure/comedy, they gave Terry-Thomas a fairly straight role for a change. The character he plays is still odd, but not totally obnoxious and stupid like he is so often cast!

Ardonian has all the girls preserved in these tubes, and on hold until he needs them!

Looking back, I'd say "Kiss The Girls And Make Them Die" is no James Bond film by any means, but it really isn't half bad either. I got this film from Cult Action years ago, who I just found out is no longer in business, so after I'm done here, I'll have to remove their link, since it, just like a lot of the characters in this movie, is dead, but at least you can still watch the trailer if you want to, at the

ELVIS AND HIS MUSIC IN THE MOVIES - "Part One" (1957 - 1968)

We never talk about Elvis Aaron Presley much, and I'm not quite sure why, because he was just as much a part of our lives growing up as The Three Stooges were, so that's why this Saturday Night Special is dedicated to the memory of the movies of the man iconic enough to be known by a one word name, and that would be
ELVIS!

Elvis's first movie was "Love Me Tender," and his second film was called "Loving You," and in it he performs one of his biggest hits, "(Let Me Be You) Teddy Bear," that was number one for seven weeks in 1957. The other side of that single was the title from this movie. His love interest in this film was Lizabeth Scott.

A much funner song is the one he performs at this outdoor barbeque called "Let's Have A Party," that never even charted in the U.S., but was a big number two in the U.K. with the shortened title of "Party."

These stills are from Elvis's third film "Jailhouse Rock," and the song Elvis, Scotty Moore and the boys were doing was called "Treat me Nice" that charted at #27 in 1958. "Treat Me Nice" was the B side to to the title song "Jailhouse Rock," that was number one for seven straight weeks in 1957.

In 1965, Elvis made a movie called "Tickle Me" with Julie Adams of "Creature From The Black Lagoon" fame.

In "Tickle Me," Elvis  performed a song called "Night Rider," written by Doc Pomus and  Mort Shuman.

In the 1960 film titled "G.I. Blues," the big E performed "Doin' The Best I Can," another tune penned by Doc Pomus and  Mort Shuman, who I would assume have families that are very wealthy these days.

In 1968, Elvis was in "Speedway" with Nancy Sinatra and Beverly Hills.

In "Speedway" he performed "Let Yourself Go" which only made it to #71 on the Billboard Charts.

Back to 1958 and Elvis's fourth film "Kid Creole."

By my count, The King performed twelve songs in this film. This one was called "New Orleans."

In 1963 Elvis made a movie called "Fun In Acapulco" with Ursula Andress and Elsa Cárdenas.

The crazy song Elvis performed in this movie was called "Bossa Nova Baby" and was one of eleven songs in the film.

Not sure what all that "Fun In Acapulco" included, but the choreography on this song goes to a surreal other level!

Elvis starred in 31 movies, and that was only six of them, and his music is so enduring, it was been used in over 650 soundtracks over the years.

In fact, I liked "Boss Nova Baby" so much, I thought you should see it too!
Elvis really was The King of something, and it's hard to believe that he only lived to be 42 years old, but that's because he also had a dark side that also included a place

Really, this whole concept has been a no-brainer from start to finish, loads of fun, but lots of work! It should be interesting to see how far it goes!
Welcome to another Saturday night in The Dungeon!
Once again, there's no rhyme, and no reason, just one man's opinion, but I think you'll find it difficult to disagree!!!

These 25 actresses make it a cool 100, so if you figure they have an average of 30 movie and TV appearances each (and I think that's an estimate on the low side), you only need to watch about 3000 TV shows and movies to catch up! Better get crackin'!
