Welcome everbloody to Friday Night Drive-In with Tabonga, here at The Dungeon!.. Tonite's offering is another Jerry Warren hack job deluxe...
Jerry bought the rights to this atmospheric 1961 Mexican horror film, then proceeded to chop and hack away!
The music is from the Mexican movie and can be heard in other Mexican productions.
Okay then, let's bring our fuzzy lil' Dungeon helper and pal, you know, it's Friday Night, so yes, you got it... Ralphie The Tarantula!! Yay for Ralphie!! He sez he's ready to start the show by pushing the big red 'GO' button! Here's... CREATURE OF THE WALKING DEAD!
Fernando Casanova is the actor playing two parts, here he's the grandfather getting ready to commit a murder in order to attain a way of always staying young...
Yep, that's how he does it, a tube!
He's caught and hung. Cool shot!
Enter Jerry!.. Okay, now we need a continuous 7 minute scene with 3 cuts of Bruno VeSoto and two Warren regulars as they discuss the case, since they're cops an' all. This scene is so bizarre, basically Bruno got paid for 8 minutes of work!! Massage dude works on just that one spot on Bruno's arm the whole time. Look at how they drew the curtain to the side, just to compose Bruno! No doubt, that's Jerry's living room.
Jerry is the master of a form of mental torture, wanting to try and follow this conversation will leave you in a coma, I will quickly fast forward past this part!
Jeez Jerry, gimme a break! Just look at Bruno!!.. You're an ass!!
C'mon 26 red!!
Grandkid, meet your grandpaw... Grandpaw, meet your grandkid! Can you figure out who's who?
The kid explores the place and discovers some dirty little family secrets!
Here's two more! These stills are from a horrible ep VHS print.
You had to be there, but skeletons were really creepy for kids in the fifties.
Kid's also a doctor, so, he does enuf boning up on grandpaw's science notes to bring him back to life.
But, evil grandpaw takes over and creates a mound of mayhem.
Here's one of Jerry's inserts, at the police station. The copper in the background is the infamous Rock (MAN BEAST) Madison!!
It always pays to look dapper!
Here's Batwoman herself, Katherine Victor! Katherine was also in these fine horror films... MESA OF LOST WOMEN, TEENAGE ZOMBIES, INVASION OF THE ANIMAL PEOPLE, THE CAPE CANAVERAL MONSTERS, CURSE OF THE STONE HAND, HOUSE OF THE BLACK DEATH, THE WILD WORLD OF BATWOMAN and FRANKENSTEIN ISLAND!
Love this shot of his reflection in the water.
Looks like she has some kind of ALIEN face hugger!
A victim of the old banana peel gag!
Ghoulnight, Sweet Prince!..
